Response to Emily and Hillary Clinton

In response to Emily's post on Hillary Clinton and women's rights, I must say that I agree with her sense of Hillary's rhetoric. Hillary Clinton is a powerful woman in politics. Therefore, when she approaches a platform anywhere, its safe to assume that every woman makes an emotional connection with Hillary, simply because she is a woman who has achieved great things for herself, and her family. Therefore, Hillary has a commanding sense of ethos whenever, wherever she speaks. In Emily's response, Emily spoke of her work for women's rights. Therefore, if a powerful woman like Hillary Clinton is presenting a speech on women's rights, she immediately has the support of women everywhere. Her ethos is established and her pathos is in the emotional connection between her and other women. Hillary's job is to make a connection with men to bring them on board. In a sense, I believe she does that and has done that over the years she has worked in politics. Great post Emily and I can't wait to see the day when Hillary Clinton and Condy Rice go toe-to-toe in the elections. I think America is ready for a woman to shake things up and an election race with Clinton vs. Rice would be a battle to the bitter end and America would love it!
