Jaquina, another great presentation. I don't listen to the news enough so it was fascinating to hear about the Judicial elections and the walkout. The best quote was White Washed. I really hope that is not the case. Maybe some of the race issue is more of a party issue and judges voted by party lines? Still the numbers of African-American Judges sitting on benches is far too low. I think that the video you used brought in a lot of pathos, you obviously have established ethos, and logos goes for the percents. 30% black populous and only less than 10% black judges.
I would only make one suggestion...sometimes people don't realize how fast they can talk when they are nervous. If you slow your speech down it would be easier to understand.
The debate on quotas was a lot of fun too. My opinion is no, but we should try to keep at the same ration of the population.
